So, the last major fix on the roof was over the kitchen

and now the site has been tidied up a bit the house is beginning to look like someone loves it again.

Over the last couple of visits, the main job has been to take off the boards over the holes and fit two new front windows on the eastern end of the building.

which means that the front of the house now looks like this

The transformation inside is amazing. Instead of a dark draughty storeroom

I have a bright, clean workshop

and an empty space for the dining room to live
